The Floral Shirts started the night off with a Phineas and Ferb cover setting a playful and funky tone for the rest of the night. Their sound is a mix of funky and whimsical music, as their look suggests, with an edge of rock. The Floral Shirts vocalist impressively refused to be drowned out by the band's instrumental. The Guitarist was, dare I say electric, so full of excitement and passion it bled into the crowd and got them dancing. I highly enjoyed their set and was cheesin’ and dancing the whole time. I can't wait for the release of their demo.

PANTSUITGUY, Their sound is a soft vocal with a strong backing of instrumental. There was a cover of ‘The Cult of Dionysus’ Which reeled the crowd in. The cover was perfect for their sounds with an exploration of rock during the song. PANTSUITGUY’s stage presence was by far the most unique and entertaining out of the three sets. The lead singer was not afraid to show their fun and open personality between songs. PANTSUITGUY’s personality is what pulls you in and you stay for the funky music which is impossible not to groove to. The bandmates had great chemistry on stage not being afraid of letting the moment take over them. Their energy brought in a large crowd and got people rocking out.

Foxy Apollo, A great finally to the night. Their sound is a perfect mix of funk from the floral shirts and rock from PANTSUITGUY making a unique indie blend. The six musicians are well used without overpowering one another on stage. Their use of breaking-in music sent chills down my spine. Foxy Apollo's duality of soft to hard instrumental is perfect. The band knew exactly when and where to bring its explosion of instrumentals. The saxophone player is a staple for Foxy Apollo helping them stand out from other bands. Like the Floral Shirts, I caught myself smiling the whole time. I wished their funky set would last forever. Foxy Apollo finished the Night off strong with an encore. I walked away that night a huge fan of their sound. Can't wait to see more from them!
